The Develish Disrupter Quality Drum & Bass Artist 02/2025

Extremely pleased to be able to present "The Develish Disrupter" who is a very talented artist breaking into the scene.

I was impressed when I listened to these tracks. From the early jungle vibe or gentle vocals of one of my favourite RnB artists, each track was unique in its own way. This is someone who is passionate about drum & bass and not following the mainstream.

Take a look and find out more because I am certain you will be blown away like I was.

Luck of Lucien A Quoi Ressemble ton Ombre ? 02/2025

The GLO Fansite was contacted by Lucien who was looking for experience in the industry with a record label.

Lucien is a musician with a passion for music and came across very professional and keen to experience and learn everything about the scene. Lucien is studying jazz, classical piano and jazz organ at the Paris Conservatoire.

Take a look and listen to some this excellent work which as Lucien says is a Trip-Hop, downtempo project, with a track that mixes Trip-Hop and jungle!

RIP MC Conrad 30/04/2024

Absolutely devastated to hear the news today that Conrad Thompson (aka MC Conrad) has passed.

For me, Conrad was one of a kind when it came to MCs in the drum and bass scene. His unmatched talent and lyrical style helped peak my interest in D&B and the Good Looking Organisation itself.

"As we move on as we progress. To increase the pleasure, ease the stress. Check the fatness and the freshness. Vibe is live direct and express. Sounds so deep I must confess. Sound of past, present and future and what you hear is not a test. Ooh yes!!."

Gemini PT2401 Turntables + Numark DXM06 Mixer 2000 - 2015ish

My first set of decks was a Christmas present whilst still at secondary school from a now closed, well known high street electrical retailer of the day (Tandy). From memory it was a set of Goodmans Belt-driven Turntables, Tandys' own brand 2 channel mixer and whilst not a professional setup, it gave me the experience I wanted with a passion to do more. I do not remember what happened to this setup as it was that long ago.

Years later, after college and when I had started working I invested in these Gemini PT24100 turntables.
